I am building achevy 4x4 and am going to use dana 70 front and rear end the front is from a dodge with the pumpkin on the passenger,my question is what is the proper way to do the steering arm,it had been installed under a chevrolet but they hab welded a piece of 3/4 plate to the steering side and then welded the steering arm end to it.I would like to know how to do this the proper way.Thanks in advance for any help

Sounds like you are doing a SAS conversion to a IFS truck. Check out link below for some info on this. Also DO NOT forget to put some serious axle gears in this mix as even 4.10's are a poor choice for big lift and tires.
