hello, I have a 94 jeep wrangler 4.0 with 198k miles, and its been running rather well, now with a bad fuel pump iv decided to rebuild the motor to prevent the possible break downs down the road. Im decently mechanically inclined and while taking on the process of rebuilding my 4.0 im considering stroking it to a 4.7 but im a little in the dark atm about what I will need and what is everything that will/should be done. I know I need to get ahold of a 258 crank and rods and getting some machine work. but I want to know what else I need. If this turns out to be a bit difficult. i.e. costly. I am going to do a stardard rebuild and I am certainly going to put in a comp cams cl68-232-4 camshaft and lifters into it to at least get some more power out of it. What I need to know is if im going to need to change my valve springs or anything else. I tried getting on the line with their tech support but the wait was unbearable. If anyone could give me a hand with this I'd really appretiate it.
