im buying a 94 chevy with a 350 the only things done to it are it has headers and 40 series flowmasters. later on this summer when i get the money im thinking about putting a six inch skyjacker lift with hydro shocks and getting 35x12.50 nitto terra grapplers on it. i was just wondering if this sounds about right or if anyone has any ideas about anything else i should do.

Better get some deep axle gears unless you want slug like performance and needing a new tranny. Also be advised the headers actually reduce torque below about 3000 RPM and efficiency too and the sad part of this is that a 350 TBI does its best work below 3000 RPM too.
