Sky Manufacturing has the set-up you are looking for. If you have a tall lift then cross-over steering is a big advantage. I would actually recommend a HIGH-STEER cross-over steering set-up because it gets the tie rod out of the way from rocks and other stuff you can get hung up on by putting the tie rod above the spring pack.

Just remember that as you move crossover up and above springs it moves it back from front end of tire which means more force is applied to it to control wheels. This is the main reason the the road are in front of axle because it is the strongest combo and requires less force on it and rod ends to control axle, not because it is cheaper. (greater mechanical advantage)

I try to but by pointing out the strongest way to do it I am keeping it simple and sturdy so that it lasts longer under the stresses of lifts and big tires and is more trouble free.

Its not the box that you use, its the output shaft out of a 2wd steering box. Make sure you center the rotation and pull the shaft out (with the steering arm off of course), and install the 2wd shaft  making sure it is centered also. After you tighten the bolts, make sure the rotation will turn half way left and half way right. If not, you need to find center by starting over. Its really easy once you get it started. Good luck.
