I have a 71 Bronco. I know all about the 72-76 chevy disc brake conversion, but guess what, all the salvage yards have already smashed them. They do, how ever, have a lot of dodges with the dana 44 with disc brakes. Will the dodge brakes replace my old drums on the front of my Bronco? If so, what year and what all do I need. Any help would be appreciated.

It would be pretty safe to assume that Dodge from 73 to 79 would not work because they have a non standard hub on them. GM used a 44 up until 78. If you take your old backing plate with you you should be able to match it up with a disc backing plate that will mate to axle. Them you are going to have to use a hub that fits spindle too with a rotor on it.
