to fit 38.5x15.5 Boggers wat will it take lift wise? I already have a 3" body. can i get by with a 4" suspension, torsions turned up, fenders trimmed, and rear shackles? If not what else will it take?

About 11 inches are needed for 38's if you don't wanna trim fenders. But if you do trim then 8 inches may be enough. Make sure to pick a rim with deep backspacing for the wider tires though.

I have a set of 38.5x15.50 Thornbirds that I run off road and I have about 10-11 in of lift. I rub a little on the plastic piece of the front bumper when my suspension is compressed and wheels turned. Get a good back spacing on your rims too. If you call National Tire and Wheel http://www.ntwonline.com/ pick your tire then call them and they will make a rim with enough back spacing for you, mount, balance and drop off at your house. I did that with my set of highway 35's
