well i bought this fj40 from my dad for 350 dollars. it is in all in all good condition,BUT! both master cylinders leak bad and i need to find a rebuild or just a new front pitman. i did find a brake master cylinder and tie rod ends. if it was a 65 or newer it would be easy but it seems like it is hard to find stuff for the 64's. any idea where to find vintage lc parts?

Hello Weez440,
If you are having trouble, locating parts for your old FJ40 check out BTB Products web site at www.btbprod.com. Here is the link to the brake products: http://store.btbprod.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=22
Also, Cool Cruisers of Texas at: http://coolfj40.stores.yahoo.net/
I hope this helps and good luck.
