Hey i have a 2003 chevy tahoe that i would like to put a straight axle in.
Does anyone know of a kit or has done this before?? Thanks

Good luck. I have seen no aftermarket kits for SAS swaps for Silverado generation 1/2 ton frames that your Tahoe uses. I have seen them for 88 to 99 body style ones though. GM lightened the frame up to the point that I guess aftermarket does not want to mess with it. This is not to say it cannot be done, only not easily and would require a lot of fabbing.
