2005 to 2007 model year F-250's and F-350's have factory coil spring/radius arm front suspension. 2004 still had front leaf springs. Are you inquiring about a coilover aftermarket lift kit or are you trying to swap to the factory coil spring suspension of the 05-07 model years?

Something to remember about coil over conversion is that the frame of a coil over has to be beefed up because with leafs the load up front is spread over four contact points and the conversion changes load stress in front end to two points with less frame support. Coil over is more for ride than sturdiness. Also caster angle are easy to adjust and are more constant with a leaf setup than new Ford coil over setup.
