I have a turbo 350 Trans and it wont drive in any gear but in 1st. 2nd and drive wont even take off. Never had a problem with it before, the posi locked up in the rear and ever since that it has been acting this way. Could it be the clutch pack or is the whole tranny shot? Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.  

Sounds like to took out the over running sprag roller clutch for 1 and 2nd clutch pack. It locks it to like power go to output but lets it coast in neutral and gives smoother upshifts as gears are staged. When you manually select 1st and 2nd, a over running band hold drum so engine breaking can be done too so this is why it will move in those positions because failed sprag is being bypassed. It is not a long term solution though and a tear down is in order.  

thanks for the words of wisdom  and  it sure was the sprag clucth i took the pan off and found metal so i took the pump off and went further and sure enough         i was just hoping it was something a little less spendy  lol    well  thanks again  

You may or may not have had a shift kit in your tranny but one reason why I do not believe in them is that they can cause what happened to you as these kits can hammer sprags hard. (they never tell you that in fine print though) For what it is worth.
