i have a 99 tj with a 3 inch teraflex had new shocks and coils put on last week and notice the right side sags a go inch. why?

Sounds like you got a bad spring that was not tempered properly. Contact supplier for replacements.

I've never seen a saggy tereflex spring....do ya have a low tire maybe? Is the 3/4" rubber pad missing from one side?
they do take a while to settle, then sometimes it needs about an inch spacer to level em out..It really depends on whats hanging on the front bumper.
