i tend to think the 208 is a fine case. i think what kills them is guys with not quite the right axle gear and huge tires. dont use the low range to compensate for the wrong gears and its fine. and the best part about the 208 is its easy to lift and change. hell theyre are all over the place and cheap.

A 208 has proven to be a very reliable Tcase with properly serviced and axles are geared correctly for tire size.

You mean you have a 1/2 ton blazer and chassis with 1 ton axles.
