I have an 85 K10 6lug 4x4 that has a stripped stud. I have no Idea how to replace or fix this problem. Anyone have solutions to this? Tools I will need thanks.

Rear Axle,  The 6 studs are on a spindle that do not come off with the hub.  I have reviews it several times and on the outside in the center of the studs is what appears to be a insert where a large type of tool would fit.  However, I looked behind the stud plate and it is one solid piece and goes into the axle.
Originally I thought I had to take off the whole brake assembley with the backing however, its 4 boults that come off logically will not come off without the stud plate coming off for its to big and the brake plate will not fit.  So now I am woundering if I have to actually take the rear differental plate off and go about loosing it that way but that seems to be to much to have to just replace a stripped stud.  Also I believe the author of the post on here for "Stripped lug nuts" will have the same issue.  Any help will be great thanks!

Las t studs I change I tapped them out of flange and you should have enough room to do that (the drive out backwards). If not enough room, you can simply remove rear cover and remove cross shaft in diff and pull c clip holding axle in and slide it out.
