"R" Rockyard lanscape company in Monument, CO featured in tire test article;

R Rockyard landscape company lets 4Wheel test tires

naming Levi Van Kekerix and "R" Rockyard. Levi drove drunk, wrecklessly and at a high rate of speed, killing an 8 month old girl and really messing up her father on June 13, 2008. Levi was not even insured! But here's what is un-f#%*& believable... A charity in Pueblo picked up the tab for the little girls' funeral, NOT "R" ROCKYARD. WAIT... IT GETS BETTER... LEVI'S FAMILY +#@*^& BAILED HIS ASS OUT FOR 10 GRAND!

Levi's family bails him out right quick

COULDN'T "R" GIVE THAT 10 GRAND TO THE FAMILY OF THE GIRL LEVI KILLED INSTEAD OF BAILING THIS A$$-HOLE OUT?? SHAME ON LEVI, "R" ROCKYARD AND LEVI'S FAMILY! C'MON "R", MAN UP!

Gazette telegraph article of crash and story about R Rockyard not doing what they should

IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO DO BUSINESS WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THIS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ME.

I am a firefighter and there is hardly a shift where there isnt a wreck due to a drunk driver and it really makes you hate drunk drivers. The only comfort I have is knowing that things happen those kind of people behinde closed doors. I regards and best wishes to the family. They will be in my prayers.

People who DUI need to be kept off the streets. If their caught once, they need to be revoked, period. In some countries they are executed, no second chance to tear up someones family. God bless the family.

Thou who has NOT sinned may cast the first stone!  statistics say that most Americans have drank and drove....MOST dont get caught..these are the people who are probably talkin *** (yet some truth) now.  most likely you have drinkin while driving too and luckily didn't kill or injure anyone. I don't know Levi but it's obvious that it was not his intention to kill Azeleah. It's a tragic and sad but was an honest and regretable mistake.  you don't need to bash "R rock yard" for the ACCIDENT that happend.  "R rock yard" is a good local family buisness and they should not be blamed for levi's mistakes. Azeleah's family does not deserve to be torn like this but don't get mad cuz levi's family bailed him out for 10k.....you say that the money should go to azeleahs family but it's not his families obligation to fix his mistakes.  Levi will do that himself. he will pay and do time because he's the man.  so dont you *** bash his family or "R rock yard".  don't lie to yourself,,,,you or someone you know has drinkin and driven befor!!!!

Never drank and then drove. Never a DUI and I realize at the least I have two healthy feet for which GOD Gave me. I also have friends for which to call. Im sorry but society comes down pretty hard on anyone who drinks in the slightest then gets behind the wheel. But having lost good friends to alcahol, I have my own very firm beliefs about drinking and driving. And guess what I love about this country, We as a people, have the right to express our individual views and/or opinions. There have been many who died for that. GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!!!

I hope your little rant justifies trashing someones good name.
There have been lawsuits for defamation, slander and libel,Brough to suit for less.
By posting your injurous opinions of an innocent party, R Rockyard, you have attempted to defame and to be injuous to the reputation of another that is Libel,
By Slander, you posted in base and defamatory words, intending to predjudice another in his reputation, community standing, office, trade, business or livelyhood.

Defamation is Intentionally false communication, either published or publicly spoken, that injures anothers reputation and good name.

I am living proof that alcohol and driving dont mix, ask the stupig 16 year old drunk girl who was pregnant...who ran into me and put me in the hospital,

The actions of an individual do not mean the whole batch is bad, that is predjudice,

Your trying the case in the court of public opinion before the court has had a say, by doing this you are trying to predjudice the jury pool

All thge facts are not known but will be if there is a trial. which there should!

But do YOU! have personal and priveledged information pertaining to the case?
were you there?

I think there should be a severe and lasting punishment for drunk drivers, period

My sorrow for the family and lost potential of the life cut so short is immence.
BUT...let justice take its course...

If you are referring to my post, look at my particular posts, I never mentioned a name or intity. I responded to a public concern in general. So, as I said before, thank GOD for the people who died for our freedoms.

Blame the person not the company.I bet that just about everybody has driven under the influence of just one beer or more. it only takes a little bit of extra time to call a cab or walk home. And I agree that there should be harsher punishments for D.U.I.
But just as a refresher, they loaned time and equipment so that 4WOR could publish that article.
As well somebody will be riding his #$$ about paying his dues back to his family and of the family that was recently devastated.
