Cant go wrong with a dana44.Whats the engine in the 'san.If it's a swaped in v-8 then you might want after market axle shafts.
Dying ain't much of a livin' From my favorite movie. Trucks... 1989 150(200k) 33 inch hawgs and a blown 302. 1995 Pathfinder(178k)and still going with 31s. Bikes. 2004 Yamaha TTR 225,barly used. Kawasaki 750 (26k) Not ran right since carbs rebuilt. !972 Yamaha mini enduro. The niceest one I've ever seen thats never been painted. New 2002 f150,fx4,5.4v8,after market tranny coolers and unirol tires.

If you want to match up to the rear axles bolt pattern go with the dana 44

for cheap you could get a dana 30 or 44 out of a jeep wagoneer or cherokee. but if you plan on going with bigger tires i would go with a dana 60 cuz with bigger tires and mores stress on the supension your gonna want a stonger axle.
CHEVY ALL THE WAY!

A nissans pathfinders rear axle has a 9.3 inch ring gear,31 spline outers and ether 4.36 or 4.62 gear ratios stock...The axle is just as good as a ford 9in.
