Hi guys, This is my first post and i was just wondering if its possible to fit a V8 into an old M37 and keep four wheel drive without spending a fortune.

Given the age and rareness of vehicle I think it would be better served if you rebuilt stock type drive train as it would increases its value too. If you did put a 350 in it is would suffer a shorter service life of axles, tranny and Tcase. If it was mine I would restore it not cut it up for what it is worth...
