Officialy 5K miles on the convertion and so far the only event is an oil change and the addition of A/C. The adition of the A/C was a days labor, it required the flushing of all the system from the mineral oil and the hair removal from the evaporator fins. The factory H3 suction line was welded to the toyota factory line with no changes on the lenght only a weld on the 34 to 58 aluminum tubes, the pressure line was custom built with 1/2 inch aluminum tube and 2 -8 tube nuts and fittings. The yota is a monster, no problem smoking the 33s and passing on the freeway, 60 to 80 MPH is very impressive. Sofar all the bugs are worked out and under the hood is all finished, the next step is to build the dual TC's and bolt them to the 4L65E via Advance adapters kit. In the end the combo lines up like this 3.5 vortec 5 cylinders 240 HP 240 Ft Lb / 4L65E transmission from H3 also / Advance adapters Chevy to toyota TC adapter, Dual toyota TC's vis TG adapter. Here are some pics from under the hood, sugestions for improvement are welcome.

I apreciate your comments, I was acused of thinking outside the box last week. The last mod is in progress. I will be using dual toyota transfer cases via Advance Adapters kit. The engine came stock with a 4L60E and advance adapters offers the kit to go with toyota transfer cases on that trans. I learned alot about this adapter kits by helping your editor Ali trouble shoot a 4L60E that was not shifting right, he used a simular kit on his Z71 to use a 203/205 doubler the night before he left to UA 2008. He had a few problems during the assembly but was quick to figure it out and had it fix over night. I now know what to do about the pieces and harware needed to make it work right the first time. Haha... so you're that guy... He told me about you months ago, and then again when I was at the shop the weekend before the trip. Just never put two and two together.

Its me, I was the one that ruined his day by telling him he had to change TC adapters and tranny output shaft followed by reworking his crossmember and not to mention cut and add to his drive shafts. In the end it was a mean mawchin he drove to UA. I am looking forward to the next feature on 4WOR mag.
