I have a 94 yota, how much lift can i get from cranking up my torsion bars.

its not recomended but you can get 2 maybe 2.5", but you will get no flex out of your front end. plus your ride will be harsh

I have my bars cranked up on my 94 yota, but it definitely gives a harsher ride. DO NOT CRANK ALL THE WAY UP!!!! It will wear out the bars quicker and the ride is not safe on bumpy roads. If you do decide to do it, crank them all the way up and then back off them a bit. The ride is better and it will allow a bit more clearance.
