im almost ready to start my chvy conversion. i got a 5.7L/TCI th350 auto tranny from jeggs/ a ford 8.8 rear end/ keeping my D30 up front till it breaks/now i need a T-case. i want to bolt directly to the 79' style th350 w/ a chvy t-case from the bone yard. what vehicle do i look for to get the case i need? what year (79')right? i dont want to adapt my np231 to the tranny cuz the adapter is $485 bucks which i think is retarded. so far this has been the biggest road block, why i dont know...so i need a direct fit to the th350, w/ a drivers side drop.
