Hi, just joined and I have an '84 GMC Sierra 4x4 with 8" lift, 12 bolt posi, built small block 400, and lots of other stuff...anyways.  I have been cleaning my truck and realized I have a 'Hickey' dual tube roll bar on my truck.  Never thought about who made it and when I saw the tag on it, I looked for more parts from Hickey.  There are none and I cannot find a thing out there for sale.  I know its Vic Hickey's company who helped design the Humvee back in '79 and thats when he sold his company, but other than that..nothing.  Someone told me that the roll bar I have might have went for $900 back then???  Its really nice and in great shape and I cannot imagine a better looking bar for my longbox.  Not too showy and not too ugly.  Take a look (if I can figure out how to add photos), but any info out there on Hickey stuff would be great to have.  Take care and hope you like it.
