Intake - 0.20 mm (0.008")
Exhaust - 0.30 mm (0.012")

Adjust them while hot, and there is a specific order

thanks again! when i got this truck it didnt run at all.i dropped the gas tank and unplugged the fuel lines, changed the filter.i put on a new weber carb and header, changed all the intake and exaust gaskets. added a new cap ,rotor , and wires all high performance equipment thinking about adding a msd 6a box as well...but i still have a problem it seems that the motor is making some loud sounds thru the carb, and i cant seem to get any power out of engine. also it is spitting gas out the carb like it is getting too much fuel. im baffeled as to what is wrong . compression is 130 psi across all 4 cyls, when i put a vacume gauge on it it says late valve timing ,ive checked timing and its right on.  all i can think of is valves..... anyone else got any ideas as to what it could be???   please help me figure this out   thanks again

As far as the fuel spitting problem, maybe you have a return line clogged or installed wrong or something like that.

Also, isn't 130 a bit low? IIRC it should be 140-160?
