This is easy. Scrape the 1500 idea and use 2500. Better frame, brakes and drive axles.

For wheeling keep the DMax for a tow rig, sell the 1500 and get a Jeep or other 'small' 4x4.

for the 2500 get an 8 inch fabtec lift 37 inch toyo open countrys or if u want to go mudding alot then go with a superswamper but a good mud tire for the street would be the toyo except they are really expensive, also the nitto mud grappler would look REALLY good but its up to you. as for the rims go with a 17x12 doesnt matter what brand, just find a rim that looks good on your truck, and as for the lights, u should get a front end replacement bumper to mount lights on or a roof rack like i have, and mount numerous lights on it. if your looking for really bright lights the brightest lights i have ever used or seen are the KC 150 watt daylighters, those things are SUPER bright, but they dont look all that great on newer vehicles so i would say go with some hella black magics or the wayyy overrated PIAA lights, it all depends on how much u want to spend. good luck

oh and also get and exhaust system (MBRP exhaust systems are really good) or get stacks...thats what i would do, but definatly get a chip, all u need is a edge chip or somthing like that would work great.

I found out the hard way the toyo's mt's are a good way to get stuck in the mud... they are a good multi purpose tire.
