If you forced it into first gear to stop it from rolling with clutch not disengaged you could have bent shifter fork and damaged rails forcing it in. If you cannot pop it out with reverse torque (accelerate to a high rpm/speed in first and then put press on clutch, let engine return to idle with it moving and then release clutch to reverse torque flow for a moment) and see if you can pop it out.

At very least top of tranny has to come off (where shifter mounts) to inspect rails but it does not sound good. You should have a 465 with a unsyncro-ed first gear and it sounds like to bent/broke something in there. Sad part is if you had grapped it into 2nd it would likely have not hurt it because there would have been less torque build up in tranny doing it.

Reverse torque mentioned is not going to hurt tranny. BTW, which way was it rolling when you jammed it in gear???
