Is it badly damaged or just leaking? If it is just leaking there is a product out there that you can use and it will never leak again (in that spot anyway)

Try "www.car-part.com" there is a lot of them there when I looked. When you do search select a range of years (like 68 to 79) as it was likely the same for many years.
