okay so i finallly got around to putting on a skyjacker lifted steering arm for my 78 blazer with a 4 inc lift, the steering arm was for 4-6 inc lifts, so i put it on and now my drag link is at a nice level angle and now it will turn tighter when turning the tires to the left sitting in the drivers seat, but it will barely turn to the right, like the tires barely enter the fender area when turned to the right and its annoyng cuz it has a right hand turning radius the same as a greyhound bus!! whats up with that was i supposed to ajdust draglink or get an alignment after installing lift arm???

the drag link needs to be adjusted to recenter the wheel and put the box in the central position.

The proper way to center it is to jack up front end and turn wheel for one extreme to other and count turns to make sure you find center and that steering wheel is properly aligned on shaft too (it is possible to get them off a little bit) The with wheel in center, adjust drag link. Also because of geometry or lift and steering, it will always tend to turn tighter in one direction than other.

Holy Smokes!  This is one area that scares me when I see it in forums.  If you're not sure, take it to an alignment shop.  I know that it is a relatively simple job, but don't do it wrong.  If you plow into a bus load of nuns, then they'll make it more difficult for lifted vehicles.  Just keep that in mind and good luck.
