Check out USFS website, they should have contact info for you. Or get hooked up with a club in the area, they would likely know too.

As part of Offroad Nissans of Arizona, we are currently working towards adopting a trail near Phoenix. I would be more than glad to give you more info as I come across it. As the Editor said, it is very easy to get info from the USFS regarding trail adoption. Here is the website: http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/
Specifically there is a listing for group volunteer work located in the Phoenix (Mesa) area. Check out this site: http://www.volunteer.gov/Gov/resultsZ.cfm?states=AZ
That being said there are lots of off road clubs on the Phoenix area to get involved with that work with the USFS. Some are vehicle/brand specific others are general.
