I've got a NP 205 t-case off of a 4-speed tranny and I want to bolt it up to my TH350... My TH350 currently has a NP203 bolted up to it... I am curious as to what parts I will need for this swap..  Any help??

You could simplify it of sorts and make is a 3 speed Tcase by retaining 203 reduction unit which bolts to 350 and getting a adapter to bolt it to 205 and that would give to 2 speeds in 2wd (1 to 1 and 2 to 1) and 3 in 4wd (1 to 1, 2 to 1 and 4 to 1). The planetary reduction unit on 203 is superior in strength and design/noise to 205's dated idler gear design.

you got a lot of parts hear OK let start a input from a 4 speed is 10 spline
TH350 is 28spline
Th400 is 32 spline
for all 203 and 205

ok IF you go with a dubbler kit i like ORD you need a 205 from a th400 32 spline and short 2in in lenth ther is a 4in one that is a not too bad swap over

you need to find a np203 from what ever you want for the front 203

this is just a start
