i like the boggers better because of the ride and they last longer than the ground hawgs but one thing to consider is the boggers are a lot bigger than the ground hawgs.

I run hawgs 40" on 12" rim. The one reason I purchased these tires are because they last on the highway. They last longer than any other big mud tire out their. But if your main purpose is mudding, boggers are the way to go. My hawgs usually last around 40,000miles. My boggers maybe 20,000 at the most. boggers usually come apart or start blowing lugs off once they get some serious highway miles.  on my second set of hawgs. Also for serious mudding I have boggers for backup. I also own a set of truxus all terains for just driving around. Back to boggers awesome tire in the mud and snow but no bogger will last with a hawg on highway and a hawg will not run with a bogger in the mud.  I've also owned 44" hawgs years ago and used to run matagorda beach texas and lots of highway miles probably got 40,000 miles on them also. Powder balanced the tires. I run 38.5x11x16 boggers awesome skinny boggers 75lbs on alloys. 39"boggers on 16.5 on 12" also, great in snow wear fast on hot summer day. 40" hawg on alloys 12" around 137lbs. Back in the day before boggers hawgs and monster mudders was all you had. Used to cut hawgs for mud racing and a very durable cut tire. Hope this info could help, any questions on balancing big tire drop me a note.

Forgot to mention hawgs are usually 1" shorter than what they say they are. Boggers are usually really close to what is advertised. If you go boggers better step up on axles and steering. Its gonna break, boggers hook up and stuff breaks. No other tire out their like a boggers, love them in the stuff. Hawg not as aggressive and do well have to open up the center to really get a hawg to work well in mud and tire pressure is critical because of stiffness.
