Hey im looking for a heavy duty winch bumper. Wondering if anyone knows a good spot to get one, or if anyone is selling.

I would not go overboard here because the frame in not that strong on that truck. I would suggest that you get a good top end 8K winch with good line speed and a snatch block with a pulley to double the pulling power when need be. (when you try to extract someone else you run line through blocks pulley and attach line end to another solid object or truck and this place twice the pulling power on the item you are pulling and yet only places half the load on your truck. It also reduces strain and current draw on winch.

ok thank you. I also have another questions, my truck has 35 " SUPER SWAMPER TRXUS and when i do 50-60 km/h it shakes violently any idea why or how to fix
|

Those big tires can be hard to balance properly and many place lack equipment to properly spin balance them. If you are sure that they are properly balanced then you need to look to alignment. Big tires and lifts change the geometry on loads placed on front end and sometimes stock alignment spec will not keep front end stable all the time and when this happens you can have certain speed ranges where is can shake and violently at times too. (it is called the caster death wobble)
