This is what I have, a 77 F-250 Highboy with manual steering (bendix style). Actually its a 76 1/2, I ran the vin against Ford sites and found the best of both years on this truck.  I'm looking to convert this bad boy to power steering but have ran into many problems. Everything I look at on the web has said this is a fairly easy convert with a little know how. Here is the problem I thought about using a F-150/Bronco steering box and just flip the pitman arm to the side and run a short drag link but that didn't work. So, I went out and got a 78 F-250 4x4 steering box and boxing in the front of the frame like a 78 but ran into major problems there. So, I'm back with the manual box. I looked into putting the power cylinder and running lines on it like factory but found that to be to expensive. So, I'm asking any one out there for help with my problem. What can I do?
