i've been looking around for a lift kit for my truck like 4 inches or so and i cannot find one for a 5.4 330ci 4wd 7 lug wheel CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! thanks!

Are you sure it is a seven lug. Honestly I don't know but I don't think there is a seven lug F-250  
Can't beat an old Ford

Yep, the "LD" (light duty) F-250 that was based off the '97-redesigned F-150 had oddball 7-lug wheels (IIRC, the rear axle was a semi-float Sterling 10.25", and the front was the same IFS as the F-150, but 7-lug hub bearings).

It might be possible to adapt an F-150 kit to it, but I can't say for sure, I haven't messed with a 7-lugger myself yet.
