I know I know its a 2wd but its my sons...... He wants tires for christmas, what size tire will fit onto it without rubbing and no lift. Its just a stock truck. He is looking at all terrian or mud's. Thanks for your help!!!! Let me know ASAP!!!

You do know that is you increase tire size much it is going to make it more sluggish because it changes your effective gear ratio. If it is a big jump (10% or more) it could shorten tranny life too.

dont go bigger than 285/70/17, a 2wd wont clear em any bigger......  
Solid axle chevys can't be beat!
