Well YZ.with those cracked bezal on it now your 20s only worth 2000.
I'll give ya a extra hundred if you delever it .

Sounds like it'd be you that wins on that deal. I'll tell ya what, you can give me 2500 and take all but the winch, dual batteries, motor and trans, that'd be more on the lines of a win-win deal   But I still haven't quite secided on what to do with it yet. Sorry buddy, just can't quite make up my mind.

Yo Finder, what's up? I got Blacky half finished (not half-assed) yesterday and on the road. I just wanted to make sure the tranny was going to work and its kinda nice to drive down the road without hearing the exhaust drowning out the stereo like the 74! Now I'll be getting ready for the solid axle in the front!

I already have a 10 and more available gears on hand than I do for the 44. I don't think the 44 is any stronger but I know that the tubes are weaker than the 10s. The 10s also are easier to put together as far as setting the backlash in the gearing. The 10s also have either a 28 or a 30 spline shafts depending on the years and I have a few sets of both so I can run either. I plan on running 4.56 or maybe 4.88s depending on the tire size I go with. I'm also trying to decide on how much lift to go with. I will only be using this truck to pull my 74 and my brother's crawler. Maybe some minor offroading.

Sorry. I was freezing my tail off and was in a hurry to get some quick pics and didn't want to move the thing. I was tired too. I was up all night the night before working on the crossmember trying to fabricate it and make it look nice too. I drew up some plans and put it together that day. What do you mean slower brother?

The 454 would smoke that 402 any day! Its got a healthy chip and only has 105,000 on the odometer and still runs like it did brand new. The 402 is tired and has been run hard but I plan on pulling it when I get the time to install the 454 with TBI! I have all sorts of ideas and plans but just never have the time to start it and finish it with other things going on.
