i just removed the carburated setup off my 88 blazer to reinstall the fuel injection. i used the factory tbi fuel pump for the carburator i just build a return line set up, everything went back together great, it ran good when i removed it the only thing different this time is a throttle body spacer and a different distributor my only problem is i'm not getting any fuel out of the injectors, i took the throttle body off one truck that id rove into the shop running perfect and put it on my blazer and all i seem to have is constant power on both sides of the injector wires, i've checked all my grounds, tried a different computer, just about everything i can think of, anyone got any ideas, possiblity of a bad distributor causing this problem??

Have you done a fuel pressure check after regulator. It should be about 9.5 to 10 PSI at injectors. Also are the injectors "modulating" in that you can hear them running?

ECM powers them. Check wiring from ECM and ECM itself.

with key on engine off it has power on both sides of the injector, one wire on each feeds from ecm fuse the other side on each is feed from the ecm itself, i have a full wiring diagram so i know where evertyhigns coming from and i have power on both sides

Power from ECM modulates it though and it should not be constant. If you looked at it with a scope you would see that it is not a constant signal level as this is what varies fuel flow when ECM varies this signal level. If wiring is good and sensors are in place and connected then I would suspect ECM. Did you have fuse pulled from ECM while engine was carbed?

i did not have any fuses pulled but after putting the tbi equipment back on and finding this problem i tried an ecm from a 1990 chevy with a 5.7, actually it was the computer from the truck this motor came from

Have you checked ECM for error codes?

i haven't, but i just now figured out that i have no spark, i have power to ignition coil, from coil to distributor but no spark, does the distributor pulse wire signal the injectors to pulse the fuel?
i'm curious if the different distributor from before is no good

turned out to be the distributor causing the issue
