7.3 Diesel 4:10gears

18MPG around town/hwy 13MPG towing 5th wheel 10k lbs

As you can see I have put a lot of time and money into this truck. My goal was to make it an excellent tow rig, extremely reliable, while improving MPG. I can tell you from experience a 05 SD V10, 6.0, 06 Dodge 3500 diesel, or new 6.4 wont out tow this truck, and it will get better MPG then any of them towing.
All major ford updates and upgrades have been installed for the motor and drive train. Also all other modifications and updates I found on line were performed. Every piece of fuel line, PS line, Coolant hose, and oil lines including the High Pressure hoses have been replaced. Motor also has an Ambulance 275 amp alternator and yes if you were to buy it new it cost $2500.00, It will be the last alternator you ever buy.
The first owner lived in NJ and commuted to PA and is responsible for 90% of the 230,000 highway miles put on the truck. It has been extremely well maintained. Oil every 3k miles and fuel filter every 6k, Power Service fuel treatment at every fill up. Oil and filters have just been changed about 100 miles ago.
Tires & Rims have less then 3k miles on them. The Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos are the best E rated tire I could find. Just look at the reviews on TireRack, they are expensive but I felt they were worth it. I upgrade to stainless steel lug nuts with locks and SS valve stems. Also have 4 steel wheels with E-rated tires for snow.
I love this truck but need a CC for camping with older parents. I’m selling at an extreme loss. I also have parts for a rear disk conversion and a Dana 60 for the front. If you are interested we can work some thing out. Truck has a modified title.
The plow is a Western PRO 8.6 it was only used to plow my driveway and my parents, about 250’ in total. The truck has never been used as a commercial plow truck and I remove the plow as soon as im done with it. Sorry plow is sold with the truck or I keep it, I will not sell it alone.

This is probably one of the best years for the 7.3 diesel. It has forged steel rods for excellent strength.

With plow $10,500.00
Without    $  9,000.00
