Bolt circle Question !!!

hi everyone , i have a 79 chevy k20 with a 6.5 bolt pattern and i came across some wheels with a a 6.75 bolt pattern and brand new goodyear tires on them. i was wondering if there is any possible way for me to some how make the wheels fit on my truck.

you could get different hubs or hub adapters
