I have an 86 Jeep Wagoneer Limited XJ and I have started rebuilding the 350 motor and TH350 tranny and have a NP205 transfer case with a passenger drop. I want to keep the drivers side drop. Is there anybody make aftermarket case for these, or side i find a chevy dana 44 and narrow it to fit. Or should i sell the 205 and buy the right transfer and which one should i get. thanks for the help everybody.

what size tires r u going to run? If u really want that 205 go with a chevy axle up front and in the rear. Im running stock width axles from a chevy on my yj. Or u could run what u got and go with a dana300 case and run a flip kit for it.

I plan on running 33s to 35s. I talk to a guy at Currie and he said it would be better to find a ford 205 and keep the drivers side drop.
