Hey everyone...  I happen to have a few 318 engines laying around and have thought about doing a budget build on one for my 74 powerwagon.  I plan to port and polish 318 heads and am wondering if the PRE 1985 #302 heads are worth doing the work on.  I am also wondering if anyone has any reccomendations on a good replacement camshaft for an engine like this for offroad use.

I also plan on 30-40 over flat top pistons for CR gains. Stock stroke and rods.  1.88 & 1.60 valves.  4bbl intake and carb

ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.  THANKS GANG...

Yeah I know nothing about a Ford...
