This is from a 2000 dodge 1500 quad cab

The problem is currently solved but just incase someone else comes across the same problem here is what i had to do.

My problem was a warn out U-joint on the front right axleshaft... Once i beat the hub out with a 3 pound hammer for a few minutes...I found the ujoint welded itself in the shaft...I hit it with hammers...heated it then hit it with hammers... tried non heated and heated work with a vice grip...broke two bench vices doing this...Then tried a 1 ton arbor press with and without heat...bent the bar in half then finally the sprocket broke 3 teeth from the pressure i was putting on it...Tried a hydro press and the shaft started to get tweaked... so i backed off of that...

Lesson of this is if any one of the above happens to you...just save yourself the time and money of buying replacement tools and just go get the bastard machined out...and while your at it go buy yourself a chevy and sell the dodge...
