I own a 1969 Dodge D100 its 2wd. I'm building a high horsepower street truck. Mainly car show, and a couple passes down a drag strip. I need help in finding a parts supplier for this year truck. Its 40 years old, and its not a popular truck to build for drag. I can't seem to find anything other than replacement parts.
I'm looking to put a Mopar 440 V8 with a suitable trans, performance drive shaft, and rear axel. Any suggestions on the type of rear axel and driveshaft. Or just any idea on a good site for parts, and info.

Does the motorhome have to have a dodge motor, or will any motor be able to fit in it.

It probly has a dana 60 in the back already so your good in the axle area. For the trans I'd go 727.For the engine look for a 70s b-body or gigger. Not a roader runner but new york, fifth ave...big cars. They almost all have 400s or 440s in them with a 360 thrown in here and there. Just if you cant get a moter I know where theres a 70s 360 for sale.
Dying ain't much of a livin' From my favorite movie. Trucks... 1989 150(200k) 33 inch hawgs and a blown 302. 1995 Pathfinder(178k)and still going with 31s. Bikes. 2004 Yamaha TTR 225,barly used. Kawasaki 750 (26k) Not ran right since carbs rebuilt. !972 Yamaha mini enduro. The niceest one I've ever seen thats never been painted. New 2002 f150,fx4,5.4v8,after market tranny coolers and unirol tires.

A couple of good sources for mopar for you. www.allpar.com they can show alot of history regarding factory mopars and what they came with from factory. A graet tool for help in finding potential donor cars. www.440source.com parts pieces and explanations. www.moparmusclemagazine.com another great site like this one that is a flood of mopar experience and expertise.
