I have a 1988 Samurai with about 6 inches of lift, 35 inch tires, and a 4.0L V6 and 5 speed out of a '94 Ford Explorer.  It is primarily driven in deep mud but also has to be able to traverse fallen trees, stumps, and other minor obstacles.  The stock axels held up suprisingly well but are now in desperate need of replacement.  The only question I have is what would be the best replacements for my Samurai's stock axels?
