Barker Gang Electric Jeep Top OUT OF BUSINESS??????

In October 2007 I ordered an electric top for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and sent $3240.00 to Dennis Barker of Barker Gang Tops in Basalt, CO for the top and delivery charges. Since that time I have had constant excuses from Barker as to why he can not deliver my top. I have demanded the return of my money. The business phone has now been disconnected and the Better Business Bureau tells me that their inquiry was returned as undeliverable. If anyone knows how to get ahold of this guy please let me know at: terryfurnell@mac.com I thought this was a reputable business but I now have my doubts.

That's odd. I didn't even know you could get an electric top for a Jeep. Sounds like it's time to take him to court, you've waited way too long already.
