I am in the process of trying to acquire an all original orange and white 1979 Dodge Ram Charger with only 900 miles on it... Yes, this is true. It is sitting in a house that has been abandoned for over 15 years and the truck has been in the garage since about 1980. Obviously it needs to be cleaned, but otherwise is in perfect shape, It even has the sticker in the window from the dealer. What should I watch out for the most when I get this to running condition? Pretty much ANY rubber seals, gaskets and stuff? Should I change anything (besides oil and coolant) before trying to start it? It does turn over, but it is either out of gas or the carb is gummed up because it won't start just yet. Also, what do you think someone would pay for a truck like this if i just sold it as is? When I get the permission to go get the truck, I will be posting pics and recording its resurection. Thanks for looking
