What tire would you recommend for a 68 International scout with a spring over axle lift.  Will mostly be used on Moab, UT slick rock.

What size are you looking for?

A BFG KM2 would work well for you. Or even Goodyear MTR. If you can get it in the size you want a Krawler would probably be your best bet.

Really though with Moab slick rock you can't really go wrong. I would just stay away from tires like the Bogger or tractor tires.

FWIW, I found that the old style BFG Mud Terrain KM is a bit stickier on the rocks than the new KM2.  The new KM2 seems to be a bit stiffer and more reluctant to envelope obstacles.  In the sand though, the KM2 is the best bet.
