my frame is junk can anyone tell me if an 89 frame is the same as my 94 will my motor and trans and t case bolt right up?

If they both have the same drivetrain (22RE/5 spd for example) it should bolt right in. The cab mounts maybe different tho.
The best thing would be to download Factory Service Manuals for both years. There is a complete chassis dimension drawing in the back and you can compare. FSM's for an 88 and a 93 can be found if you search the web.
