I have a 1999 5.2L V8 Dodge Dakota. I am looking at adding some power to my truck without killing my gas mileage. I don't know engine work well so any help would be amazing.

hypertech programmers are awesome!! Well worth the money, plus it will most likely pick up your mileage by a little if you can keep your foot out of it.
