I don't so a way to upload pictures when I post. Do you have to be a member for some designated time to do that? Or am I just stupid and not seeing it?

You can't upload photos to this site. We don't offer that feature.
What you can do is link them. Upload your photos to a third party host like Photobucket or Imageshack and then use the forums code provided to link the photo.
Make sense?
