Independence Weekend @ Choccolocco Mountain, Jacksonville, AL

Independence Weekend July 3-5 at Choccolocco Mountain Off Road Vehicle Park in Jacksonville, Alabama. Open Friday morning through Monday. Special rate $20 per vehicle for a weekend pass, camping included. No charge for passengers. Primitive campground with water tank and porta johns. For those who would rather stay in a hotel, University Inn is only 3 miles from the park. Jacksonville is a small college town with many restuarants and bars, all within 2 miles of the park.

Choccolocco Mountain is 450 acres of forest with 150+ trails. It's a lot like Tellico but closer right in town. All trails are rated 1-5. 1's & 2's are suitable for stock rigs, the 4's & 5's are only for built hardcore rigs and require roll bar protection and 5 point harness.

Turn beside Roma's Steak House onto Ladiga St
Go straight through the 1st two stop signs, turn Rt at the 3rd onto Louise Dr
Take your 1st left onto Forest and your there.
