TRYING TO REMOVE THE BUMPER COVER AND FOG LIGHTS. THERE ARE TWO TOW HOOKS AT EACH SIDE. NO INSTRUCTIONS AVAIALBLE FROM DEALER OR MOPAR. CAN ANYONE ADVISE HOW TO PROCEED.

Crawl underneath and start looking for bolts. There should be either two or four at each frame horn. I can't remember off hand if the tow hooks need to come off or not, but I believe they do.

It's simple, just find the bolts, and take them off.
