1 TON AXLES TO K20 CHEVY

I HAVE K20 10 bolt front n 9 1/2 rear i got a k30 army truck i taped them the spring perches will have to be moved on the 1 ton axles to fit on k20 a bout a 1/2" wat shold i do i suck at welding or should replace diesel with 350 n replace tranny thats stuck in first advanced auto junk with my 15000 miles one in k20
